FOR THE USERS/EMPLOYEE UNDER THE COMPANY:
1. Login to your MS TEAMS using your COMPANY EMAIL. The should have LICENSE.
2. Click the TEAMS icon, click the "+", then CREATE TEAM.
3. Type your preferred TEAM NAME and CHANNEL NAME then click CREATE.
4. Add the members by typing their EMAIL ADDRESS (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE ORG), then click ADD.
You can also add more members by click then 3DOTS OPTION,then ADD MEMBER.
FOR THE GUESTS:
1.the GUEST will received an invitation through EMAIL then click the OPEN MS TEAMS.
2. MS TEAMS will open, it can be open also through browser mode. It will direct open your personal MS Teams environment.
3. To access your MS TEAMS, click your NAME, then click the COMPANY NAME (EXAMPLE: ROYALE FISHING).
4. After switching, by click TEAMS, you can now see all of your TEAMS post.
5.You can DIRECT MESSAGE users that under your TEAMS. You can also make a CALL and VIDEO CALL.
The GUEST can also access their MS TEAMS through their phone, by installating MS TEAMS APPLICATION.
1. Sign in to MS TEAMS using thier EMAIL ACCOUNTS:
2. Choose the COMPANY NAME (EX: ROYALE FISHING).
3. The GUEST can now make a CHAT, CALL and VIDEO CALL to the another members of their TEAMS
