Assist4 Twice Error (Using Citrix WorkSpace)

ERROR Message Example



Step 1, Check Citrix WorkSpace on Side Bar ( Right Click on the Citrix WorkSpace Icon )



Step 2, Click on Connection Center

 


Step 3, a new window will appear (please see picture below)


Step 4, Click on Active Session (Folder Icon)

Step 5, Click Log Off ( then just proceed )


NOTE: if the active session didn’t disappear, just exit the Citrix WorkSpace and relog in on Citrix Site to retry the Assist4 application (repeat the process until Assist4 runs successfully)
