Citrix Web Application: Installation and navigation.

Step 1.Open Google Chrome browser, then navigate to

http://citrixstorefront/Citrix/rcsWeb//

Step 2. Click “Detect Receiver”

Step 3. Press “Escape Button”

Step 4. Check “I agree with Citrix license agreement”

Step 5. Click “Download”

Step 6. Click “Run”

Step 7. Click “Next”

Step 8. Click “Start”

Step 9. Click “I Accept the license agreement”

Step 10. Click “Next”

Step 11. Click “Next”

Step 12. Click “Install”

Step 13. Click “Finish”

Step 14. Then back to browser that Citrix link where open.

Step 15. Click “Continue”

Step 16. Type associated desktop user account, eg: marilao\username | taytayrizal\username

Step 17. For username and password, kindly follow format from the image below.

Step 18. Go to “APPS” icon.

Step 19. Click for the Assist4 application (PROD or TEST).

Step 20. Click “Open”

Step 21. The current open application will load and open.

Step 22. Blue screen will appear and click for “Permit Use”

Step 23. The script command in blue screen will pop-up asking for the application option.

Step 25. Type “R” button on the keyboard and press “Enter” then click “Run”

Step 26. The application successfully run.

Step 27. Log in for the existing Assist4 user account.
