Step 1: Windows + Run. 
Step 2: input CMD.
Step 3: Under CMD input "ping 8.8.8.8 -t " 
Step 4: Go to Google Chrome then Search bar copy and paste link of "https://www.speedtest.net/" to check speed of Network
