Procedures:
- If you see the red light blinking continuously, first thing to do is turn off the printer wait for a while and turn it on again. Sometimes,
doing this can fix this issue. Check to see whether it is clear or not if not,
switch off the printer again and proceed the process.
- Remove any loose paper in the loading tray. Take out the paper gently if you can see it, if you can’t, open your printer, look carefully inside the cover or paper tray. If you find any paper then open the paper tray gently if you could and pull out the papers. Make sure paper tray is not overloaded with paper; it will too cause the paper jam. If it needs, open the front and top cover by releasing its lever or latch. Don’t force to open it.
- Remove stuck paper one sheet at a time, starting in the middle
- Check for the remaining bits of paper
> If the paper jam is cleared, move to ensure the cartridge can move freely
- Turn on the printer again, wait printer to start up check if the blinking red light is disable then try to print again.
