Procedures:
- make sure that power cord is connected at the back of the printer.
- make sure that the power plugged directly connected to UPS or wall outlet
- if step is not working do check the power outlet and power cord to maintenance personnel.
- if cord is the problem replace a new one then turn on the power again.
