How to create a form in MS Forms

1. At the top left of your outlook window, click the button to view all Microsoft Applications available to you. Then click Forms. You will be redirected to the MS Forms site. 

2. Click New Form.

3. Set the title of the form.

4. You can then add questions using the "Add new" button. There are different kinds of questions you can add, choose what's applicable to your requirements.

5. Using the Preview button at the top of the form you can preview what will the form will look like if they're answering it.

6. Click the settings and set the Who can fill out this form to Anyone with the link can respond. 

7. Click the share button and click the copy button to copy the link of the form and you can now send the link to your respondents.

8. In the responses tab, you can view the response of your respondents. You can also export their answers using the Open in Excel button.
