Computer freeze or hang up basic troubleshoot

Procedure:


1 step:


Restart your computer


- if your pc/desktop freeze randomly immediately save your work and restart your computer if the problem still the same please follow second step.

- if your pc not responsive anymore you need to force restart your computer by pushing the computer power button for 5 to 10 sec and it will restart with less disruption than a complete power loss.


2 step:


Basic software troubleshooting


-  An occasional or consistent computer freeze could be the result of a program acting up. Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to open Windows' Task Manager and then select the click the "More details" link at the bottom of the Task Manager. 



- then "Performance" tab. In Windows 8.1 and 10,




- Observe the hardware process.


- if the process percentage is 100% reduce the process by closing some of your application.
