How to send emails using shared mailbox email

1. Go to your email and click New mail.

2. After you click New mail, click Options.

3. Check the Show From then the From field will appear.

4. Click From, then click Other email address...

5. Type the email address of the Shared mailbox email that you want use as a sender.

Note: You should have a permission first before you use a Shared mailbox email as sender.
