Troubleshooting Outlook/Office365 Password Expired

Procedures:


- Go to https://outlook.office365.com/

Log - In your account

- Enter current password

- The new page will display

- On the Current Password please enter your password then

    > New Password for new set of password (Note: the password format will be required Small letterCapital letter, Number and Symbol)

    Confirm new password same password as on the new password.

- You are now log in on the Web-based outlook 365

- Open your Microsoft Outlook

   (Procedure on Opening Microsoft Outlook)

     > Click Start Menu "Lower left-side of monitor"

     > Click All Programs

     > Click Microsoft Office

     > Click Microsoft Outlook

     > The Program will now open

-  On the User Interface of outlook 

   > Click Tools

   > Click Account Settings

   > New page will be display

   > Click the TAB e-mail

   > Click Change

   > New page will display 

   > On the Logon Information change the password that you entered on web-base outlook 365

   > Click Next
