Permanently delete emails

This is guide will teach you on how to properly delete emails to free up some space in your outlook storage. You can use this guide if outlook said that your inbox is full.


  1. Select the emails that you want to delete by hovering your mouse cursor to the left side of the email and clicking the check button. After that press delete to move the selected emails to the deleted items folder. 
  2. Go to the Deleted Items folder under the folders then click Empty Folder button at the top.
  3. Click Delete all to confirm that you want to empty the folder.
  4. Outlook will show the progress while it's happening.
  5. Outlook will show the image after it delete the deleted items folder.
