Step 1: Choose the site where you are duty

Step 2: Select the asset to be release by clicking the edit sign on the left corner of the chosen item

Step 3.1: If this form appears, just changed the status from For Release to 'Checked' if all the items and papers are complete then 'Pending' then pending if otherwise and indicate the Guards Name who released it. You can also download the gate pass for reference. Then select 'Release'
Step 3.2: If this form appears, changed the status from For Release to 'Checked' if all the items are complete especially if there are SOA attached then 'Pending' then pending if otherwise. Then indicate the Guards Name who release it. You can also download the gate pass for reference. Then select 'Release'
