Generate New Hardware Recommendation (for Printers, Laptops, Projectors, etc.)

 STEP 1: 

- To Generate New Hardware Recommendation on our Ticketing Site, Click the following link above.


- After that, Click on the "Helpbutton on the Lower-Right corner of the site to Launch the New Hardware Request Form.




 STEP 2: 

- Begin the fill-up process of the form with Your Name, Your Outlook E-mail Address, and the Subject of the Request.




 STEP 3: 

- On the "Category" field, make sure to select "New Hardware Request" before proceeding on the next field.




 STEP 4: 

- On the "Category to Request" field, choose the desired Device / Hardware on the list that you want to request recommendation.


 NOTE ON THE PRINTER REQUEST: 

- When choosing the "Printer" on the "Category to Request" field, you will be required to choose on the "Subcategory" field if what type of printer do you want to request for recommendation.




 STEP 5: 

- After choosing what kind of hardware you want to request, choose the "Department" field where you are belong.




 STEP 6: 

- Describe your Hardware Request in Detailed Format on the "Description" field.




 STEP 7: 

- Complete the fill-up process by choosing the "Company" where you belong, Clicking the box on the Captcha field until it becomes Check icon before Clicking the "Submit" button.
