RCS Service Monitoring Request (SMR) System - Request Process

STEP 1: 
Log in your username and password then Login.


STEP 2: 
Click the Add New SMR.

STEP 3: 
Choose the Client name, Site, Service/ Name on Service Management Then Submit Request. 
STEP 4: 
Fill up Information on Service Request Management then Submit Approval.

STEP 5: 
For Departmental Approval, you will see the Approval details and Approve and Reject.
STEP 6:
before Approve you can add remarks.

STEP 7: 
on this step you can print, Press the Print icon.
STEP 8:
Before print you can see the soft copy and copy of the Client. And press print

STEP 9:

FAD Receiving for Validation. Before pressing the Receive 




STEP 10:

For FAD, before Approve you can add remarks..



STEP 11:
Listed of Status on Service Management, you can see Completed, for Departmental Approval, Pending and Rejected, Manage icon back to Step 3.
