RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi - How to Get the Device MAC Address of the Mobile Phone

STEP 1:

- Turn On your phone's Wi-Fi (if not turned on yet) then Tap the QR Code Scanner icon on the upper-right corner of your phone.

STEP 2:

- Scan this QR Code below to add RCS-Mobile on your phone's Wi-Fi list.

STEP 3:

- After adding the RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi on your mobile phone, Tap the Settings/Details of RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi and change the Privacy from "Use randomized MAC" to "Use device MAC", then tap Save or Check icon to save the configuration.

STEP 4:

- Tap the RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi to connect. It is normal that the status of RCS-Mobile has No Internet or Failed to Connect.

STEP 5:

- To get the Device MAC Address of the Mobile Phone you wish to connect, Find and go to the Status page then Find the Device Wi-Fi MAC Address and send it to our IT staff to be able them to connect your mobile phone to RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi.

STEP 6:

- Wait for the confirmation of the IT Staff before tapping again the RCS-Mobile Wi-Fi to connect.
