Access to MS Form

Step 1: Click App Launcher

Step 2: Click open context menu

Step 3: Click Open New Tab

Step 4: Click “Form”

Step 5: Click “Share Button”

Step 6: Click “Copy” then you can now paste to email or viber the link to the requestors.
