Filtering for approval emails

Step 1: In the upper right corner of your web access email, click the gear, then click Options.

Step 2: In the Options area on the left, expand the Mail category and click Inbox and sweep rules.

Step 3: Click the plus sign to create a new rule

 

Step 4: Create a Name for the inbox rule.Step 5: On Add a condition select “From” and on the right Text box
Enter: “RCS Online Request Form” and maccount@microsoft.com”



Step 6: On Add a condition select “Move to” and on the right Text box click “New folder” and name it to “Microsoft Approval” and enter

Step 7: Click “Save”

Step 7: Click “Play button” to run the rules.

Step 8: Click “Microsoft Approval” now you can see the all email for approval.
