How to attach file, photo, or screenshot to your ticket or reply.

Attaching a file, photo, or a screenshot in your tickets or your reply is as easy as attaching a file, photo, or a screenshot in your emails. If you already know how to attach a file in your emails then attaching a file in your ticket/reply will be easy for you.


Attaching a saved file, photo to a ticket.


1. Click +Attach a file.

2. We're going to use a photo as an example here but you can attach almost any file in the ticket. After you clicked +Attach a file locate and select the file that you want to attach then press the Open button.

3. You'll see something similar below when the file finished uploading. You can now submit the ticket, if you have any other files to attach, you can repeat the from steps 1 to 2.


That's it you can now submit the ticket.
