Creating Rule for automatic email filter on specific folder.

Step 1. Right Click on “Folder” and Click on “Create New Folder” and name created folder.

Step 2. Go to “Outlook Settings”.

Step 3. Under “Mail” go to “Rules” and “Add new rule”.

Step 4. Input “Rule Name”

Step 5. Input Email Address of “Sender”.

Step 6. Input “Subject”.

Note: You can input a “Subject” if it is frequently sent on same “Email Subject”.

Step 7. Select “Add in Action” and click on “Move to” and select folder you created.

Step 8. Uncheck “Stop processing more rules” and check on “Run rule now” then click on “Save”

Note: Old email from the sender will automatically move on folder created based on the rule run that you set.
