1.0. The Guard on duty must add transaction.

1.1. To add transaction, click Add Transactions on the upper right side of the screen.


1.2. Then Choose the TRANSACTION TYPE, and input the TRUCKER NAME and PLATE NUMBER of the truck. Then click SUBMIT

1.3. Then it will appear it on the Guard GUI

2.0. After the Guard successfully add the transaction, it will appear on the 1st Docu Interface

2.1. Choose a transaction, then Click EDIT

2.2. Scroll down and input the SUPPLIER and CLIENT then click SUBMIT

2.3. Then you can now press START to start the transaction

2.4. After the transaction on Warehouse, press END

2.5. When a notification message appear, press CONFIRM.

3.0 In warehouse UI, you will be selecting what are the current truck transaction and it will be flash it on monitor via Viewing UI 

3.1. Select Dock Assignment

3.2. Then select Status

3.4. Then click Start

The Status will be appear on Viewing UI

3.5. After the transaction, click End

3.6. After clicking End button, a pop-up message will appear, just click Confirm if it is done.

3.7. Then it will be forwarded to 2nd Docu UI for documentation.

2nd DOCU USER INTERFACE

4.0. After confirming it on Warehouse that the transaction was done at warehouse, it will appear it in this GUI, the docu assistant will need to click on Start button to start the documentation transaction.

4.1. After the document transaction was done, click End.

4.2. Same as previous, a pop-up message will appear just confirming it is already done, if yes, then click Confirm button.

4.3. Then it will be proceed for the final phase whereas the logging out of the Trucker. It will be done on Guard UI.

5.0. After all transactions was done, the guard will Time Out the Trucker to the system.
