Service Monitoring Request (SMR) System - Reports Generation

REPORTS CREATION

Step 1: 
Choose one of the two available links based on your requirement.
For TEST Link: https://smr.royalecoldstorage.com.ph:1001/
For PROD Link: 
https://rcssmr.royalecoldstorage.com.ph:2001/
 



Step 2:
Login using your assigned username and password to access the system.


Step 3: 
On the sidebar, select Reports


Step 4:
Select Generate New Report button to create a new report.


Step 5:
Fill out the required text fields.


Step 6:
After filling out the required details, click the search icon to search for the SMR created between on selected dates.


Step 7:
The SMR is displayed based on selected date after clicking the search icon. Fill out the Rate, VAT Rate and select the appropriate Personnel for the signature settings


Step 8:
After filling out the needed details, the report can be saved as draft if there are still unsure details and it can also be Save as Completed if there are no required corrections.


Step 9:
Once finalized, select the Save as Completed button and click the 
Save as Complete to proceed.


Step 10:
The newly created report is now visible on the reports list.


Step 11:
To print the Report generated, click the triple dot (...) under the Actions column.


Step 12:
Select the 
Edit button.


Step 13:
Select the 
Print PDF button 

Step 14:
Select the 
Print PDF button.
