Step 1. Go to royalegroup.freshdesk.com
Step 2. On the upper right in the corner, click “New support ticket”
Step 3. On the requester, fill out your designated email account and full name.
Step 4. On the subject, indicate the concern/problem.
Step 5. Indicate the type of concern.
Step 6. Set type of Priority from Low to Urgent depending on the level of concern.
Step 7. Please select for the company designation.
Step 8. You can include a further description on your concern on this text box and attach a file or snip shot of the error/concern that you encountered.
Step 9. Check for “I’m not a robot” and complete the given CAPTCHA requirements then click “Verify”
Step 10. Click “Submit”
