Submitting a ticket referring on all devices issue Subject and Body format.

This format will guide you on how to properly submit a corresponding ticket on freshdesk referring  to information of printer device problem.

 

For the subject, kindly indicate first the Serial number of the printer, Brand, Model Current and Department deployed of the device

Sample format:

XBC00001 : EPSON WF-C5790 on Warehouse Department. (Please see picture below.)

 

For the body, kindly indicate error of printer device

Sample format: “Kindly check on printer (error code/error on printer screen)(Please see below image for the sample format.)
