Microsoft outlook: user cannot received email from other domain (Removing from block senders and domains.)

Step 1. Log in your outlook email account then go to settings.

Step 2. Click on “view outlook settings”

Step 3.  Go to mail settings and click “junkmail”

Step 4. Remove all list that filters on “Block sender and domains” by clicking trash bin icon and click "Save" button.
