MAKE SURE THAT THERE’S NO ONE USING THE MYOB APPLICATION. OPTIMIZATION WON’T PROCEED WHILE MYOB APPLICATION IS OPEN.
- In the server where the MYOB is installed. Open ABSS Premier folder in the start menu. Then click ABSS Premier Optimization.
- Click next on the welcome screen.
- Click Find file
- Select the .myo file. Then click next.
PATH: "D:\File Storage\myob\ABSS DATABASE\MAIN\V23.4_Josefa Slipways_ Inc (v2) - main.MYO"
- Click next again.
- Click “Yes”.
Optimization will take a long time to finish. It is advised to just come back to it the next day.
