- Step 1: Turn off the printer before proceed to Step 2.
- Step 2: Remove Maintenance Box on the back of Printer.
- Step 3: Use the Resetter on Maintenance box Chip less.
- Step 4: If the Resetter turning Green means the Maintenance box already Reset, if the Resetter turning Red the maintenance box not reset. Try Again the Step 3.
