New Process for Backing Up Outlook Email

1. Open Outlook Office 2019 then click OPTIONS.


2.Click NEW,type the PROFILE NAME then click OK.


3. Type the EMAIL then click CONNECT. It will take several minutes.


4. Type the PASSWORD, then click SIGN IN. It will take several minutes to complete the setup, then click OK.


5.Click OK then the OUTLOOK OFFICE 2019 will start to open.


6. Just wait until the INBOX finishes updating. It will also take several minutes, depending on the capacity of the email.


7.If it is done, click FILE > OPEN & EXPORT > IMPORT/EXPORT.


8. Choose EXPORT TO A FILE then click next.


9. Choose OUTLOOK DATA FILE(.pst) then click next.


10. Click NEXT.


11. Click BROWSE and choose the location where you should save the file, then click FINISH.

Wait until the exporting is completed.
