Step 1. Go to freshdesk ticketing site www.royalegroup.freshdesk.com/support/home
Step 2. Click on “Solutions” tab.
Step 3. Click on specific article that might be help you on your computer issue.
Step 4. In the bottom part of the article, you can give feedback by clicking “Yes” or “No” button (Please refer image below)
